No Cook Corn Dip

This is so easy, that you wouldn't think that it is also delicious! Just adding things to a bowl never tasted so good!

Ingredients

  • 2 14.5 oz cans of southwest corn, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 8 oz shredded cheese (I used cheddar)

  • 2-3 tbsp chopped pickled jalapenos

  • Splash of pickled jalapeno juice
  • Spicy ranch seasoning packet
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

Step 1: Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

Step 2: Store in fridge.

Step 3: Enjoy with your favorite chip or cracker!
