No Cook Corn Dip
This is so easy, that you wouldn't think that it is also delicious! Just adding things to a bowl never tasted so good!
Ingredients
- 2 14.5 oz cans of southwest corn, drained
- 1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

8 oz shredded cheese (I used cheddar)

2-3 tbsp chopped pickled jalapenos
- Splash of pickled jalapeno juice
- Spicy ranch seasoning packet
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Step 2: Store in fridge.
Step 3: Enjoy with your favorite chip or cracker!
